Is there an official place to buy tickets if they're sold out or sell resale tickets if I can no longer attend?

Fans have the ability to sell* and purchase through Ticketmaster Verified Exchange. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the festival, you can use the exchange to resell your tickets. 

To sell your tickets, sign in to your Front Gate Tickets account and under “Your Account”, select “Order History” to list your ticket on the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange.

*Please note: Ultimate VIP tickets are not eligible for resale on the Ticketmaster Verified Exchange.
